Danny Dayan, the head of the Yesha Council, sent flowers and a thank you card to the radical leftist Peace Now organization on Thursday.By now, Peace Now's actions can only end up providing a helping hand, quite the opposite of what they want. They'd be advised next time to just be quiet, and get a real job!
The sarcastic gesture came in response to the Civil Administration’s approval of 500 housing units for the Samaria community of Shilo.
The Judea and Samaria administration committee also retroactively legalized at least 200 more homes on humanitarian grounds in the nearby community of Shvut Rachel.
Dayan thanked Peace Now for the approvals because, ironically enough, they came about as a result of an appeal the organization filed with the Supreme Court and which brought about the process of legalization of the communities.
“Thank you kindly for your help with the approval of the building plans for Shilo and Shvut Rachel,” read the card that was sent to Peace Now. “It was your appeals to the Supreme Court which finally prompted the government to do so. We will favorably consider naming a street in the new neighborhoods after Peace Now.”

Security forces dispersed hundreds of Muslim worshipers rioting and throwing stones at the Temple Mount on Friday. Eleven police officers injured by stones were treated on the scene and four rioters were detained, with additional arrests expected.
Police managed to disperse all of the rioters with stun grenades, including several youths who took refuge in the Aqsa Mosque.IRAN AND ITS ISLAMIST STOOGES NEED A DISTRACTION.

IT MAY NOT BE A GOOD IDEA TO ARM SYRIAN REBELS
Ben Shapiro talks on Big Peace about how GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum supports the idea of arming the opposition in Syria, as he told Hugh Hewitt in the podcast above.
But it's something easier said than done. The problem is that a lot of the opposition themselves are Muslims, and what if, like in Egypt, once they've overthrown the previous government, they too seek to impose a regime with quintuple the sharia? And what if they turn against any and all Christians in the region too? Then the US will have only succeeded in replacing one problem with more of the same.
That's why just giving arms to Syrian rebels may not be advisable if we don't know what their next moves after overthrowing Assad would be. If they too are Muslims, then we could wake up one day to discover that the only way they're thanking the western world is by imposing a continued dictatorship with additional sharia upon their country, laced with more socialism to boot, instead of emulating the concepts that the USA championed to great effect in days gone by.
